Our focus is supporting our clients with challenging last-minute staffing requirements. Our workforce is predominantly specialist Registered Nurses and Doctors across a variety of specialist areas.

After coming back to Japan in 2015, Hiroki began work in the recruitment industry. He has been successful in providing services in both Temporary (Haken) and Permanent sectors, hiring for clients in Japan for both American (Allegis Group) and Japanese (Recruit Group) companies. Furthermore, he has experience managing and building both Temporary and Permanent teams. Hiroki is trilingual, speaking Japanese, Chinese and English which give him the ability to understand different cultures and help companies find success in Japan.

Since 2011, Hiroshi has engaged in the identification and attraction of leadership talent in the Life Sciences industry. He prides himself on his high level of success in executive search appointments and has personal experience in leading successful launches in Japan for multiple healthcare and life sciences businesses. Being native Japanese and having lived in UK and China, Hiroshi understands well the cultural difference between Japanese and foreign countries, and brings a consultative style in order to understand and align the interests of the board, hiring manager and HR.
